Vasilisa makes it out of Baba Yaga’s hut alive, clutching a burning skull on a stick. The skull burns her step mother and her daughters to ash. Thus Vasilisa begins a new life in town, as a spinner and weaver. Her cloth is so fine, it catches the eye of the Tsar.
